LLOYD MANNING, President, established Bormann Development, Inc in January of 1984. Manning, a licensed General Contractor, oversees all phases of development from land acquisition to permanent financing. A resident of Las Vegas since 1961, he has the ability to put investors and/or owners together for the benefit of all involved in a project. He has overseen the building of major Class A office buildings, tilt-up warehouses, individual office buildings, healthcare facilities and light industrial flex buildings. He is also responsible for developing the outstanding investment groups that contribute to the construction of the company’s major projects.

J. PAUL FREDRICKSON, Partner, has over 30 years of residential, commercial and industrial experience which includes: office, retail, warehouse, government facilities, assisted living, healthcare, dental offices, industrial tilt-ups, office spaces, interiors (tenant improvements), and residential properties (i.e. condominium projects, apartments and custom homes). Fredrickson works mainly in the field overseeing the daily workings of the construction sites. He interfaces with the NGC team to keep the jobs running on a timely, cost efficient basis.
